At TiPSY the atelier, each press-on nail set is carefully handcrafted and packaged to ensure it reaches you safely. Please review the information below regarding production times, shipping methods, and delivery expectations.
Production & Processing Time
Most of our press-on nail sets are made to order.
- Standard made-to-order sets: 3–5 working days production time before dispatch
- Custom or personalised orders: production time may vary depending on design complexity
Once the design is confirmed, production will take an additional 3–5 working days before dispatch
Production time is separate from shipping time. We appreciate your patience while your order is being carefully prepared.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
TiPSY the atelier is based in the United Kingdom and offers international shipping to selected countries.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:
- United Kingdom – Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2 working days
- Europe – Royal Mail International Tracked: 3–5 working days
- Rest of the world – Royal Mail International Tracked: 5–7 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, or courier delays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor delivery progress.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are clearly displayed and calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery address
- Selected shipping method
For international orders, applicable duties and taxes are calculated and included at checkout where possible.

Delays & Lost Parcels
While we work closely with trusted shipping providers, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as courier disruptions or customs clearance.
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at info@tipsytheatelier.com and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the courier. Where applicable, we will offer a replacement or refund in line with our Returns Policy.
